Autumn is just around the corner, and New Jersey’s wineries are celebrating the shift in seasons with a fantastic lineup of events. From live music and gourmet food pairings to creative classes and unique experiences, the first full week of September is packed with reasons to visit a local vineyard.

Weโ€™ve combed through the calendars to give you a day-by-day guide to the most exciting happenings from September 4th to September 11th, 2025. Get ready to plan your perfect week in wine country!


Thursday, September 4th: Start the Weekend Early!

Why wait for Friday? The week kicks off with some great options for a mid-week escape.

  • Blue Cork Winery and Vineyard (Williamstown): Enjoy an evening of stories and sips at their “Sips and Stories” event from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. ย 
  • Old York Cellars (Ringoes): It’s a day of great deals and fun! You can indulge in “Half Off Glasses & 3 Course Pairings” from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Later in the evening, grab your friends for “Wine & Trivia Thursdays” inside the vineyard tent, where doors open at 6:30 PM and trivia starts at 7:00 PM. ย 
  • Saddlehill Winery (Voorhees Township): Unleash your inner artist with a “Paint & Sip” class from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. The ticket price includes a glass of Saddlehill wine and all your art materials. ย 
  • Sharrott Winery (Hammonton): The “Thursday Live Music Series” is in full swing with a performance by Lisa Bouchelle from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. ย 

Friday, September 5th: Uncork the Weekend!

The weekend officially begins with a variety of live music and food-focused events.

  • Sharrott Winery (Hammonton): Part of their ongoing series, the “Friday Live Music Series” features Nicki Sbaffoni from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. ย 
  • Bellview Winery (Landisville): Kick off your weekend at “Fiesta Friday,” featuring live music, food trucks, and a happy hour with specials on wine by the glass from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. ย 
  • William Heritage Winery (Mullica Hill): “Flatbread Fridays” are here, where you can buy any flatbread and get a bottle of wine at half price. This event runs from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. ย 
  • Iron Plow Vineyards (Columbus): Enjoy a live music performance by sarah james from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. ย 
  • Old York Cellars (Ringoes): Get half-price deals on Spanish tapas and artisan boards with their “Half Off Tapas & Boards” from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. As part of their “Wine, Music & Food Weekends,” a live music performance is scheduled from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. ย 
  • Fox Hollow Vineyards (Holmdel): Listen to live music by Castles In The Sky from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. ย 
  • Blue Cork Winery and Vineyard (Williamstown): There’s another live music event with a performance by Harraaay starting at 5:30 PM. ย 

Saturday, September 6th: A Harvest of Events!

This is one of the busiest days of the week, with a wide array of activities catering to every taste.

  • Old York Cellars (Ringoes): Experience something truly unique with the “Hunterdon Wine Train Express,” a round-trip excursion that includes a wine tasting and lunch at the winery. (Note: This event is sold out). For more fun, check out the “Wine, Music & Food Weekends,” which feature live music from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. In the evening, get ready to laugh at “Wine & Comedy,” a night of stand-up comedians that starts at 8:00 PM. ย 
  • Sharrott Winery (Hammonton): Sharrott has a full day planned. Enjoy an all-day “Picnic in the Vineyard”. Listen to the “Saturday Afternoon Live Music Series” featuring Kat Rivers from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM , and return in the evening for the “Saturday Live Music Series” with the Cat & Jeff Duo from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. ย 
  • Bellview Winery (Landisville): The “Saturday Soiree” features live music and food truck fare from Garner Craft BBQ from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. ย 
  • William Heritage Winery (Mullica Hill): “Harvest Weekends” kick off with live music by Steph Owens and Sean Jennings, plus food truck fare. (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM) ย 
  • Iron Plow Vineyards (Columbus): Enjoy a live music performance by Wild grit from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM. ย 
  • Briganti By The Bay at Natali Vineyards (Cape May Court House): A live music performance by Dylan Perry is scheduled for 1:00 PM. ย 
  • Little Ridge Vineyards (Phillipsburg): Don’t miss the “SUNSET CONCERT” with live music by Jeff Bellfy from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. ย 
  • Fox Hollow Vineyards (Holmdel): Enjoy live music from Jump Back Band from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. There’s also the “End of Summer BBQ Bash” with live music from The Funktion Band, a BBQ feast from DeMarco’s Catering, and wine available for purchase. This event is ticketed and for guests 21+. ย 
  • Blue Cork Winery and Vineyard (Williamstown): Another day of live music with a performance by Ray Gervato starting at 5:00 PM. ย 

Sunday, September 7th: Wind Down in Wine Country

The weekend fun continues with more live music and some unique experiences to help you relax.

  • Old York Cellars (Ringoes): A second chance to ride the “Hunterdon Wine Train Express” (only three tickets remain). Their “Wine, Music & Food Weekends” continue with live music from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. ย 
  • Sharrott Winery (Hammonton): Start your day with the “Sunday Brunch Live Music Series” featuring Dan Galvano from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM , and continue the music into the afternoon with Skip Winters for the “Sunday Afternoon Live Music Series” from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. ย 
  • William Heritage Winery (Mullica Hill): The “Harvest Weekends” continue with live music by Greg Jones from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. ย 
  • Iron Plow Vineyards (Columbus): Enjoy live music from audio pilot from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. ย 
  • Briganti By The Bay at Natali Vineyards (Cape May Court House): Live music by singer/songwriter/guitarist JOHN BOHANNON is scheduled for 2:00 PM. ย 
  • Saddlehill Winery (Voorhees Township): Embrace the tranquility with a unique “Yoga with the Alpacas” class from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. You can also take a “Farm Animal Tour” from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM or a “Winery & Vineyard Tour” from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM. ย 
  • Blue Cork Winery and Vineyard (Williamstown): Enjoy live music with Jimmy Dunn starting at 2:00 PM. ย 
  • Fox Hollow Vineyards (Holmdel): Their “End of Summer BBQ Bash” with The Funktion Band is happening from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with the band performing from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. ย 

Monday, September 8th & Tuesday, September 9th: A Quiet Interlude

Take a break and enjoy a more serene experience at New Jersey’s vineyards. Based on our research, there are no specific public events scheduled on these days, making it a perfect time for a quiet tasting or a relaxing afternoon.

Wednesday, September 10th: Mid-Week Fun Continues!

Don’t let the week drag on. There are some great events to help you get through the mid-week slump.

  • Sharrott Winery (Hammonton): Put your knowledge to the test at “Sharrott Trivia Night,” which runs from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Reservations are highly recommended. ย 
  • Old York Cellars (Ringoes): The “Half Off Glasses & 3 Course Pairings” deal is back, running from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. ย 

Thursday, September 11th: A Strong Finish to the Week!

The week closes with a strong selection of classes and a career event.

  • Sharrott Winery (Hammonton): Finish your week with a live music performance by Brian & Mindy from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. ย 
  • Bellview Winery (Landisville): Tap into your creative side at the “September Paint and Sip” class from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, led by instructor Cassidy. ย 
  • Renault Winery (Egg Harbor City): In addition to their culinary experiences, Renault is hosting a “Career Fair” at 3:30 PM and a “Mix Masterclass: Mixology 101” starting at 6:00 PM. ย 
  • Saddlehill Winery (Voorhees Township): This winery is offering a variety of classes: a “Sommelier Select Experience” from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, a “Charcuterie Class” from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and a “Kokedama Workshop” also from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. ย 
  • Blue Cork Winery and Vineyard (Williamstown): Test your trivia knowledge at their “Disney Trivia Night” which starts at 6:00 PM. Reservations are required. ย 
  • Old York Cellars (Ringoes): Enjoy “Half Off Glasses & 3 Course Pairings” from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For members, there’s also the exclusive “Vintnerโ€™s Club Wine Tasting Evening” from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. ย
