Laird & Company

Laird & Company is America’s oldest family-operated distillery, with documented records dating to 1698 and a federal distilling license granted in 1780 — making it one of the first distilleries licensed in the United States. Located in the Scobeyville section of Colts Neck Township, Monmouth County, Laird & Company is famous for its legendary Applejack and apple brandy, crafted from Virginia apples with deep New Jersey roots. Their products are available at liquor stores throughout New Jersey. Note: this is a blending and bottling facility with no public tasting room.
