Profile
Housed inside the meticulously converted, historic Atco Firehouse right off the White Horse Pike, the physical space has been beautifully refreshed. New owner Eric De Angelis, a seasoned hospitality veteran and former regular customer, has upgraded the vibe with a more immersive layout, more comfortable seating, and a mission to turn the space into a true community hangout.
The excitement doesn’t stop with the decor. Brotherton has brought in a powerhouse Head Brewer, Kyle Lieving, who migrated up from the thriving Charleston, South Carolina craft scene. Kyle is managing a state-of-the-art 15bbl brewhouse, utilizing fresh, clear Pine Barrens well-water to craft a massive range of styles. The taproom features 10 rotating taps where you’ll find everything from their legendary, gloriously unfiltered flagship Brotherton IPA and crisp German-style pilsners to experimental sours, hefeweizens, and hard seltzers.
Whether you’re grabbing a 16-ounce mug inside the firehouse bay, chilling on the shaded patio in the outdoor beer garden, or picking up fresh six-packs to-go, the new energy here is exactly what South Jersey craft beer fans have been waiting for.
