Monmouth County’s craft beverage landscape is slated for a brand-new addition with the upcoming arrival of Freehold Distilling Company. Located along the Route 9 corridor in Three Brooks Plaza, this small-batch distillery is currently building out its production facility to bring craft distillation, aging, and a dedicated spirit experience directly to Freehold.
While construction and licensing operations are underway, the venue plans to feature a full production area alongside The Top Shelf, an exclusive, elevated tasting lounge designed for spirit education, private tastings, and community gathering. For craft drink fans keeping tabs on Central Jersey’s expanding distillery map, Freehold Distilling is definitely one to watch as they approach their official opening.
