Hey, NJ! Can you believe we’re already halfway through summer? Don’t let those sunny days and warm nights slip away without a little fun. This week, August 6th to August 12th, the Garden State is absolutely buzzing with live tunes, brain-busting trivia, and plenty of good vibes.
The weekend is looking packed, so let’s dive right into what’s happening from Friday through Sunday. You’ll find everything from wine festivals to live music and unique social events. Get ready to explore!
Kicking Off Your Week: Thursday, August 6th
Tonight’s already stacked with awesome stuff to get you started:
- Over at Somers Point Brewing Company, you can catch a Live Music Night, or test your smarts with their DJ Trivia Night.
- It’s Open Mic night at a couple of our favorite spots: Dr. Brewlittle’s Beer Co. is hosting their Thursday Night Poole Party, and Flounder Brewing has their own OPEN MIC NIGHT.
- Get creative at Sunken Silo Brew Works with their Bonsai Bar event.
- Single and ready to mingle? Check out Board Game Speed Dating at Fort Nonsense Brewing Company or The Shaka Club Presents: Singles Happy Hour at Bolero Snort Brewery and Tasting Room.
- More trivia is happening at Train Wreck Distillery and Czig Meister Brewing with their Trivia Revolution.
- For some cool live tunes, Tonewood Brewing in both Barrington and Oaklyn will have Crickets & Cicadas playing, and Asbury Park Brewery is featuring Schplinkus.
Friday, August 7th: Fiesta Time!

- Head south to Bellview Winery for their lively Fiesta Friday August 7th – always a great time!
- Catch some awesome live music: Andy Frankel will be at Slack Tide Brewing, Acoustic Soul is bringing the vibes to Summit City Farms & Winery, and Flounder Brewing hosts Ever More Nest.
- The Lou Tambone Band will be rocking out at Bull N Bear Brewery, and THE ACHIEVERS are playing at Cricket Hill Brewing Co.
Saturday, August 8th: Seafood, Spuds, and Sounds!
Saturday is absolutely loaded with fun across the state:
- Another big event at Bellview Winery is their Seafood Festival 2026 – perfect for a summer afternoon!
- Get your hands dirty (in the best way!) at Bolero Snort Brewery and Tasting Room for THE GREAT POTATO DIG | ABMA’S FARM. Later, Bolero Snort will also host a MUSIC VIDEO SHOOT + SHOW with SEWN AWAY + GOOD TEAL.
- For a night of laughs, don’t miss Wine & Comedy Night at Old York Cellars Winery.
- Live music abounds: Alba Vineyard & Winery has the Lorenzo Branca Trio, and Little Ridge Vineyards will feature Music by Ralph James throughout the day, including a special Summer Sunset Concert.
- Catch Redbird & Dave Vargo at Screamin Hill Brewery, and Williamsboy at Blue Rascal Distillery.
- Autodidact Beer is part of the Wandering Artist Series with Ever More Nest.
- 308B PRODUCTIONS will be playing at Cricket Hill Brewing Co., and Villa Milagro Vineyards has a great CONCERT – Riverside Jazz.
- You can always count on Claremont Distillery for a Live Music Night, and Bull N Bear Brewery is hosting Celebrate We Will.
Sunday, August 9th: Relax and Recharge
Wind down your weekend with these Sunday happenings:
- Villa Milagro Vineyards presents a Concert – Acute Inflections for a lovely afternoon.
- Slack Tide Brewing has a double dose of fun with Live Music: Nicki Sbaffoni and their chilled-out Slacker Sunday.
- Blue Rascal Distillery will be open to the public from 3:30 PM after a private event.
Mid-Week Merriment: August 10th – 12th

- Monday, August 10th: Get your stock market fix at Dr. Brewlittle’s Beer Co. with Hops & Stocks. Somers Point Brewing Company continues its week with another Live Music Night and a DJ Trivia Night.
- Tuesday, August 11th: Head to Woodbridge Brewing Co. for ALL DAY $9.99 BURGER TUESDAYS PLUS KARAOKE HOSTED BY JUKEBOX JAKE.
- Wednesday, August 12th: Test your knowledge at Ship Bottom Brewery (Beach Haven) with Trivia Night by Quizzoholics. Support a great cause at Sunken Silo Brew Works with their Guys Who Give Fundraiser. You can also catch some live music at Claremont Distillery and another DJ Trivia Night at Somers Point Brewing Company.
