Point Pleasant Beach, in Ocean County, is a Jersey Shore borough at the mouth of the Manasquan Inlet, where the Manasquan River meets the Atlantic Ocean. The borough is a year-round community known for its boardwalk and inlet area, and it draws visitors from throughout central New Jersey and the New York metro area during the summer months and shoulder seasons. Its position near the northern end of Ocean County makes it one of the more accessible Shore towns from the Route 9 and Garden State Parkway corridor.

Craft breweries in Point Pleasant Beach benefit from the heavy foot traffic of a Shore destination, with taprooms serving both the local population and the seasonal visitor base that drives the town’s hospitality economy.
